1.1 CDB200Q — The Corporate Database

JTI Hellas

A central enterprise platform for distribution-network management, market structure and profiling, field operations, agreements and contracts, reporting, and integration with other corporate systems. It was developed and supported in production from 1994 to 2026, with ongoing functional development.

1.2 ICManager — Imports Cycle, Supply Planning & Excise Management System

JTI Hellas

A specialised ERP companion covering the full import cycle, linking forecasting and order planning, shipments, bonded and free stock, excise duties, tax stamps, letters of guarantee and the forecasting of related cash requirements.

1.3 Field Sales CRM & Commercial Operations Platform

Charles Grech & Co. Ltd, Malta

An offline-capable CRM and field-operations application for tablet and desktop, with market profiling, activities and visits, distribution and inventory data, agreements, contract workflow, follow-ups, payments, reporting, and role and territory management.

1.4 CCC/iPad — Mobile Consumer Engagement & Promotion Activity Platform

JTI Hellas

A family of applications for mobile and offline field execution, central planning and supervision, data collection and validation, reporting, digital forms, consent-oriented processes and electronic signatures. It evolved from Windows tablet clients into an independent iPad environment.

1.5 Distribution Network Data Hub & Wholesaler Integration Platform

Athanassiou S.A.

A central platform for the daily collection and integration of sales, returns and stock data from a heterogeneous wholesaler network, with configurable processing per source, product mapping, staging, validation, exception handling, normalisation, centralised storage and secure Web data exchange.

2.1 Ionian University — IUP, Thematic Portals and Student Portal

Development, in collaboration with Forward-e, of a Web-based academic information environment for the Ionian University Library, including thematic portals, electronic resources, content publishing and a student portal. The collaboration also included statistical processing of a nationwide survey of Greek libraries and the related Web-publishing infrastructure.

2.2 IAEN — DigiLib / Digital Library & Full-Text Information Retrieval System

National Hellenic Research Foundation, Historical Archive of Greek Youth (IAEN): data processing and development of a search and presentation application for the IAEN digital library, published on the Web and CD-ROM. The initial release included 34 books and approximately 18,500 digitised pages.

2.3 EMNE/MNIMON — Bibliography of the History of Modern Hellenism, 1973–1982

Processing of bibliographic data covering 12,500 books and articles, and publication on CD. A specialised management application provided combined searches and displayed results in different bibliographic formats.

2.4 UniLIB — UNIMARC Cataloguing & Digital Publication

A long-term collaboration with the National Library of Greece. Development and technical support of UniLIB in collaboration with ELiDOC, together with management applications for the official National Bibliography and Authorities CD-ROM editions. The same software family was used in projects for the Academy of Athens, the Athens School of Fine Arts and other institutions.

3.1 Association of Notaries of Athens-Piraeus-Aegean and Dodecanese

A long-running, integrated vertical management system for the members register and complex financial, administrative and professional processes, developed within the collaboration with ELiDOC/Alinco. It covered, among other areas, financial monitoring, fees and rights, public funds, audits and auctions.

3.2 City of Athens — Legal Department

A custom application for managing case files, legal opinions, court decisions, court orders and related legal documents.

3.3 Hellenic Dental Federation / Dental Association of Attica

A long-running, integrated membership-register system.

3.4 Athens Stock Exchange

Development of a pilot application for managing securities depository receipts.

4.1 Sotiria Hospital — Hypertension Centre

Hypertension Clinical & Research Data Management System: a specialised system for patient registry, visits and examinations, treatment, longitudinal comparison, validation and structured exports for statistical and research use.

4.2 University of Athens — Laboratory of Experimental Surgery and Research

AniLAB: a specialised application for managing laboratory animals, researchers and related financial accounts.

4.3 Geniki Apeikonistiki

Diagnostic Centre Management System: an integrated application for patient registry, visits, examinations and findings, patient and insurer charges, billing documents, doctor registry and financial monitoring of a diagnostic centre.

4.4 Hygeia — Kidney Clinic

Clinic Equipment Financial Management: a specialised application for the financial and administrative management of equipment.

4.5 Agios Savvas Hospital — Oncology Clinic

An application for longitudinal monitoring of oncology patients, examinations and results, treatments and follow-up.

4.6 Athens Naval Hospital — Hospital Pharmacy & Medical Supplies Management System

An integrated system for a central pharmaceutical warehouse and two pharmacies, covering suppliers and contracts, stock, orders and movements, batches and expiry dates, prescriptions, and financial/statistical reporting.

4.7 Other Medical and Research Systems

Additional specialised applications for the financial and commercial management of organisations in the medical sector and other vertical applications supporting scientific work.
